STEAK FAJITA EGG ROLLS

Ingredients

  • 12 egg roll wrapers
  • 1 pound of marinated skirt steak (marinate recipe below)
  • 3 oz each of sliced green bell pepper and Spanish onion
  • 1 cup of Muenster or Mozzerella shredded cheese
  • 1/2 salsa of choice
  • 1 cup of Crema fresca or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 head of shredded iceberg lettuce, fine
  • 1 egg, yok only
  • 1 tablespoon of Carlito's Chili Pao Pao
  • 1 teaspoon of Carlito's Shanghai Samba
